Due to strengthened Taiwan customs regulations, all customers receiving shipments in Taiwan must complete real-name authentication and mobile number registration through EZ WAY app before shipment begins.

1. Download the EZ WAY app, register, and complete real-name authentication. When completed, [Validated] and [Success] messages will be displayed on the EZ WAY home screen.

2. When placing an order on Weverse Shop, enter your first, last name, and phone number correctly to match the information registered on EZ WAY. 

Mismatching names or phone numbers can lead to customs restrictions or delays. Please make sure your information on Weverse Shop is identical to the information you registered on EZ WAY.

Once your order is shipped, you may be contacted by customs or the shipping service provider. In such cases, please follow the instructions provided by the EZ WAY app.
