We are making changes to the Weverse Company Privacy Policy that take effect from March 13, 2025 (KST). The details of the changes are as below.

[Changes to the Privacy Policy]

1. Article 3 “Processed Personal Information” has been updated as follows.

  - Deleted provision regarding “purchase products with credit cards” within Weverse Shop services

    - The provision has been deleted from the Company's Privacy Policy as the payment platform PayPal directly collects credit card information.

  - Added items of personal information to enable connections with external streaming platforms

2. The list of third parties provided with personal information has been updated as follows:

  - Companies added for community service: UNCORE, One Hundred Label Co., Ltd., PEAK J ENTERTAINMENT, PARABLE ENTERTAINMENT Inc., nCH ENTERTAINMENT

  - Companies removed due to community closure: BTOBCOMPANY, SLL JOONGANG CO., Ltd

  - Companies added for membership service: Feel Ghood Music

  - Company removed due to Membership termination: BTOBCOMPANY

  - Company added for membership KIT: Feel Ghood Music

  - Companies renamed due to artists' transfers

    - THE L1VE LABEL Co., Ltd. → Wheein

    - MAGIC STRAWBERRY SOUND, Mound Media Inc. → CAM WITH US Co.,Ltd

3. Matters related to the “international transfer of personal information" have been updated as follows:

  - Added companies: Inka Entworks Inc., DHL

  - Removed companies (contract terminated): SendBird, Inc., PLUSQ

4. Article 6 “International Transfer of Personal Information” has been updated as follows:

  - Entrustment contract

    - Added company with new contract: KW International, Inc (Weverse US’s logistic consignment)

    - Removed company due to contract termination: Freshworks Inc

  - Company renamed: HYBE JAPAN, Inc. → YX LABELS Inc.

  - International platform contract

    - Added company with new contract: EBANX (Weverse US’s cross-border payment settlement)

5. Article 12 “Decision-Making Standards for Additional Use and Provision of Personal Information” has been updated as follows.

  - HYBE IM Co., Ltd.: For social media login connections within game services

6. Following the Weverse Shop integration, the service names within the Privacy Policy have been updated as follows.

  - USA Shop → Weverse US

  - Weverse Shop USA → Weverse US

  - Weverse Shop JAPAN → Weverse Japan
