We would like to thank customers in the USA for using Weverse. The USA logistics center will be relocated with an expansion to provide you with better service.

Due to the relocation/expansion of the USA logistics center, shipping and exchange/return for purchases in the USA shop temporarily may not be processed.

Please read below for more details.

[Shipping Suspension Period]

- Mon. June 10, 2024 - Sun. June 30, 2024 (PDT)

-Orders placed and paid during this period will be shipped starting from Mon. July 1, 2024 (PDT)

※ Orders placed and paid by Sun. June 09, 2024 (PDT) will be shipped on the scheduled date.  

※ Pre-ordered purchases will be shipped starting from the scheduled date regardless of the above period.

※ If you place an order with UPS or UPS MAIL shipping options before Wed. June 5, 2024 (PDT) on the USA shop, your purchases will be shipped by an equivalent shipping service other than UPS or UPS MAIL.

[Exchange/Return Suspension Period]

- Sat. June 8, 2024 - Sun. June 30, 2024 (PDT)

※ Exchanges granted before Fri. June 7, 2024 (PDT) will be shipped by Mon. June 10, 2024 (PDT).

※ You can request an exchange/return during the suspension period. Requests submitted during the period will be reviewed starting from Mon. July 1, 2024 (PDT).

Please kindly note that the schedule may change due to circumstances. We will try our best to proceed with the relocation swiftly to adhere to the scheduled dates. If any changes occur, we will notify you immediately.
