WEVERSE COMPANY Privacy Policy Updates (effective from April 11, 2024)

Hello from WEVERSE COMPANY.

We are making changes to the WEVERSE COMPANY Privacy Policy that take effect from April 11, 2024 (KST). The details of the changes are as below.

1. Changes to the Privacy Policy

1) Article 3 (Processed Personal Information) has been updated as below.

- Moved the processed personal information items from Weverse Con Festival service to Weverse service.

- Removed the "date of birth" item collected by Weverse service.

2) The list of third parties provided with personal information has been updated as follows.

- Added “BTOBCOMPANY” to the list of third parties that receive personal information for communities following the change in the label of the artist "BTOB".

- Changed “NV Entertainment” to “SSQ Entertainment Co., Ltd.” following the company's name change.

3) Matters related to “international transfer of personal information” have been updated as follows.

- Added a new re-entrusted company: MatrixCloud for KU Software Research Center

4) The country/regional phone number for "Help" has been updated.
