* Shipping Schedule for South Korean Addresses (KST)

- Wed. February 7, 2024: Shipping cutoff (Orders placed by Tue. February 6, 11:00 AM will be accepted and delivered before the holiday starts. Shipping for orders placed after Tue. February 6, 11:00 AM will start after the holiday ends.)

* (For by Fans orders, the orders placed by Mon. February 5, 11:00 PM will be accepted and delivered before the holiday starts. Shipping for orders placed after that will start after the holiday ends.)

- Tue. February 13: Shipping resumed

* Shipping Schedule for Addresses Outside of South Korea (KST)

- Wed. February 7, 2024: Order cutoff (Shipping will begin for orders placed by Tue. February 6, 2024, 11:00 AM)

- Tue. February 13, 2024: Global shipping resumed

* Shipping Schedule for Addresses in China (KST)

- Fri. February 2, 2024: Order cutoff

- Mon. February 19, 2024: Shipping resumed

Please note that based on your location, you may experience delays and may receive your order after the holiday ends because different couriers have different holiday shipping schedules.

The orders placed after the cutoff date will be processed and start shipping after the holiday ends.
