WEVERSE COMPANY Privacy Policy Updates (effective from October 12, 2023)

Hello from WEVERSE COMPANY.

We are making changes to the WEVERSE COMPANY Privacy Policy that take effect from October 12, 2023 (KST). The details of the changes are as below.

1. Changes to the Privacy Policy

1) Article 3 (Processed Personal Information) has been updated as below.

 - The duration of keeping has been changed for the personal information processed for offline/online concerts and events.

  * Before change: For 1 year from the end of the event, and up to 7 days from the announcement of prize winners for the personal information of non-winning participants

  * After change: For 1 year from the end of the event for event winners, and for up to 3 months from the end of the event for non-winning participants

 - A change has been made in the type of personal information processed for transmission of advertising information for marketing.

  * Before: Email, automatically generated information (device information, etc.)

  * After change: Email, automatically generated information (app push identifier, device information, etc.)

2) The list of third parties provided with personal information has been updated as below.

  - Companies added for community service: The Present Co.

  - Companies added for membership service: LOOKMEDIA entertainment

3) Matters related to “international transfer of personal information" have been updated as below.

  - Third parties provided with personal information

  * Company added for shipping service: PLUSQ Co., Ltd.

2. Complaints and relevant inquiries

  - The amended Privacy Policy will take effect on October 12, 2023 (KST).
