Hello from WEVERSE COMPANY. 

We are making changes to WEVERSE COMPANY Privacy Policy that take effect from June 8, 2023 (KST). The details of the changes are as below.

1. Changes to Privacy Policy 

 1) Article 3 (Processed Personal Information) has been updated as below. 

   - "Address" has been removed from the list of required information when purchasing a membership, reflecting the actual practice where it is not collected. "Gender" has been changed from "optional" to "required", reflecting the actual practice where it is collected. 

   - We have added the types of personal information processed when making a reservation for visit to and use of a Weverse Con Festival service.

 2) The information of third parties provided with personal information has been updated as below.

  - The list of companies affected by the closing of HYBE INSIGHT website has been removed.

 3) Matters related to “international transfer of personal information" have been updated as below.

  - Personal information consignees

    . (Deleted) NAVER Cloud: The consignee has been deleted due to domestic transfer of data backup environment.

    . (Added) NAVER VIETNAM: The consignee has been added due to their involvement in development and operations tasks.

  - Third parties receiving personal information

   . (Deleted) UMG_Interscope, UMG_Republic records, Warner Records, Syco_KYN, Disney_PrestigeArtists, FNC JAPAN, Avex Management: They have been deleted according to the policy of limiting the types of personal information transferred to labels outside South Korea.

4) Article 9 (Your Legal Rights) has been updated with the clause stipulating the ways to exercise user's rights.
