On 2 April 2020, 6 PM (KST), there was a connection error on Weverse Shop due to an issue with the cloud server. Furthermore, the app experienced a connection and payment error during cloud server maintenance.

Upon confirmation of the connection error, we replaced the server and ran an emergency maintenance to resolve the connection issue. However, we are currently running additional checks to ensure that technical errors or other issues do not occur.
