Notice of Temporary Email Delivery Failure and Recovery on October 20
Hello, this is Weverse Company.
On October 20 (Mon), between 4:11 PM and 6:21 PM (KST), some notification emails — including payment confirmation, shipment start, and payment cancellation — were not successfully delivered due to a system issue.
The issue has now been fully resolved, but emails sent during the affected time (4:11–6:21 PM) were not properly delivered to customers.
The cause of the problem was identified as a temporary outage in the external email delivery service (AWS SES). We immediately monitored and took recovery actions to minimize any inconvenience.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and will continue to do our best to ensure more stable service in the future.
